This Return Policy applies to all tyre purchases made through our website. As we provide both goods (tyres) and on-site services, returns are only applicable to physical products that have not been fitted or used.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

• The tyres have not been fitted, used, or driven on
• The tyres are in their original condition, free from damage or markings
• The return request is made within 14 days of delivery or collection

Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Tyres that have been fitted to a vehicle
• Tyres that show signs of use, wear, or damage
• Services once completed (including fitting, puncture repair, recovery, or emergency call-outs)

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive tyres that are faulty, damaged, or not as described:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or fitting
• We will arrange inspection and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or full refund
• In such cases, return or collection costs will be covered by us

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Contact us via email or phone with your order details
• Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
• Items must be returned to the address provided or collected (if agreed)

6. Return Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
• Any agreed collection service may be subject to a charge

7. Refunds for Returns

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
• Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account
