1. Overview
Roadside Tyres 24hr Ltd provides the sale of new tyres and related mobile services, including tyre fitting, roadside assistance, puncture repair, seasonal tyre changes, locking wheel nut removal, and vehicle recovery/towing. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
2. Tyre Sales (Goods)
- Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch or before a technician is assigned.
- Once tyres have been fitted to a vehicle, they are non-refundable, unless confirmed as faulty, damaged, or not as described.
- If tyres are supplied but not fitted, they may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, not fitted, and in original condition.
- Return costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.
3. Mobile Tyre Fitting & Other Services
Including puncture repair, locking wheel nut removal, and tyre replacement
- Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled before technician dispatch without charge.
- If cancellation occurs after dispatch, a call-out fee will be deducted from any applicable refund.
- Once the service has been completed, service charges are non-refundable.
4. 24-Hour Emergency Services
- Due to the urgent nature of emergency call-outs, orders are non-refundable once a technician has been dispatched.
- If we are unable to complete the service due to circumstances within our control, a partial or full refund may be issued.
5. Recovery & Towing Services
- Full refund available if cancelled before dispatch.
- After dispatch, a partial refund may be issued, subject to deduction of operational and call-out costs.
- Completed services are non-refundable.
6. Winter & Summer Tyre Swap Services
- Cancellations are permitted before the service begins.
- Once the tyre swap service has been carried out, no refunds will be issued.
7. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or fitting if goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- We will arrange inspection and, where applicable, offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with UK consumer protection laws.
8. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
- Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
